Our pricing for RV, Camper, Trailer, and Boat storage is determined by the total length of the unit you intend to store.
How to Calculate Your Total Storage Length
It is crucial to accurately measure your unit from the tip of the front hitch or front bumper to the furthest rear point (including any extensions). Booking the correct size ensures a safe and proper fit.

Measurement Examples
Boat on a Trailer: A 20-foot boat may have an additional 6' 10" trailer tongue and a 26" motor at the rear. The total storage length would be 29 feet, requiring a larger space (e.g., 10' x 30').
Fifth Wheel Trailer: A 40-foot trailer can measure up to 44 feet when you factor in the front hitch and a rear-mounted spare tire. This would require a space large enough to accommodate the 44 feet (e.g., 12' x 45').
Class A Motor Home: A rear tow hitch or cargo carrier adds to the required storage length.

How to Rent a Space?
Follow these simple steps to secure your storage unit:
- Check Availability and Current Pricing It is best to call us first at
970-669-8281 to confirm availability and receive the most accurate, current pricing for the specific space you need.
- Complete the Rental Contract You have two convenient options to finalize your rental:
- In-Person: Visit our office Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. (you have the option to pick out your space).
- Remote: We can arrange for you to fill out the customer information form and complete the contract with an e-signature via email.
- Provide Required Documentation Whether renting in person or remotely, you must provide:
- Your Driver’s License.
- Proof of Ownership for the item being stored (RV, Boat, etc.). Acceptable proof includes the Title, Registration, Bill of Sale.
Important Note: All stored items must be owned and titled in the name of the person signing the Storage Contract.
