At A J Storage, we make paying your monthly rent simple and convenient. Choose from the options below to manage your payments effortlessly.
Pay Online
Our secure online portal is the fastest way to make a payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Click Here to Access the Payment Portal
- Username: Your first initial followed by your last name (e.g., JSmith).
- Pass Code: Your Gate Code Number.
Set Up Automatic Payments (Auto-Pay)
Never worry about a late payment again. We can set up automatic billing to charge your card on the 1st of each month.
- Note: A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions, including auto-pay.
Other Payment Methods
We offer several traditional methods for your convenience:

Important Payment Reminders
To ensure continued access to your unit, please note our payment and fee policies:
- Payment Due Date: Rent is due by the end of the day on the 1st of each month.
- Access Restriction: If payment is not received by 5 pm on the 7th of month, your gate code will be locked, preventing legal access to the facility.
- Late Fees: Late fees begin to accrue after the 7th of the month.
- Card Processing Fee: All credit transactions will include a 3% processing fee.

Pay Online
Access the Payment Portal: Click HERE to make a payment. Login Details: User Name is your first initial followed by your last name. Pass Code is your Gate Code Number.
Automatic Billing
Set up your debit or credit card to be automatically billed on the 1st of each month.
Pay by Phone
Call (970) 669-8281 to authorize A J Storage to process your debit or credit card during business hours after your call.
In-Office Payment
Visit the office Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to make payments in person.
After-Hours Payment
Use the locking payment box for after-hours payments. It is recommended for checks only; cash is discouraged. Payments are processed the next business day.

Important Information
Processing Fee
All credit/debit card transactions (online, phone, or automatic) include a 3% processing fee.
Gate Access
If payment is not received by the end of the day on the 1st of the month, your gate code will be locked.
Late Fees
Late fees start after the 7th of the month.
